Once a student's course requests are in, how do you lock it so that no edits can be made but students/parents can still see the requested courses?
I've googled and see there may be an option for counselor approval..so maybe I have to do something with that..but I can't even find where to do that.
Basically we are entering the student's course requests ourselves but we want them to see them and verify they are correct (or just let us know if something is wrong)--but we don't want them to be able to edit it themselves.
