I am wanting to start using the "Journal Entry Interface" function in Atrieve, however I am having an issue with pulling in a customized journal entry description. I am attaching my "Journal Entry Interface Setup" where I had thought the "Reference Data" field would pull in my "description field" from the 4th column of my .txt file, however this field is auto-populating itself as the 'G/L Account name'. Does anyone know if and/or how I can have a 'custom j/e description' pulled in?

Using the Journal Entry Interface, you should be able to pull a customized description. If you cannot, you would need to check the interface set up on the profile you are using. You can reach out to the PowerSchool Support team through a case in case you need assistance with verifying the setup.
