We are having applicants reach out saying they are not able attach the required attachments. They keep getting an error 500. Have directed them to contact the help desk yet the issues continues. Now we are having issues view any of the attached documents. As we are screening applications, we are not able to view the attachments they have submitted. Has anyone else had this issue?
