I completed a job application by filling in the employment history fields, but I also attached my personal resume (CV), as it describes experience that the job application does not have categories for (i.e. internships, publications, etc..). However, now that I essentially have two resumes as part of my application, I cannot submit it without removing one of the two resumes. I would like to delete the attached resume/CV document, as I can submit that in an email to the HR personnel, but there is no way to delete an attachment. I can replace the cv/resume with another document, however, its still under the category of "optional resume" which I cannot change. I have less than 2 weeks to resolve this issue before I miss my opportunity to submit my JON application. This issue appears to be an ongoing problem with this product. Please help!
Have you submitted your application? If so, ask your HR representative to reactivate your application. Then you should be able to delete and add to your application. Perhaps you could combine your CV and Resume into one document with the CV showing first.
I normally add an option for Other Documents for applicants that have items that do not fit a specific area.
If you have not submitted your application, then I do not know why you cannot make changes. I hope this helps.

I cannot submit my application until I delete my attached resume. There is no place or method to delete my resume. I have included a photo of the error message I get when I try to submit my application and the documents I've attached with no way of deleting them.

You should be able to delete your resume if the application has not been submitted. If you are experiencing difficulties, I recommend reaching out to the HR Department of the institution to review your application and assist in deleting the resume. If further assistance is needed, the HR Department can work with the PowerSchool Support Team to review your resume to determine the root cause of any issues you are experiencing.
I am also looking to delete a document from my application, but there is absolutly no option to do this. I uploaded a document under the wrong catagory, and now have it listed twice. I do not want to submit until I can clean this up.
How do you actually delete anything?
Hello, I cannot delete a document from my application. I have not submitted the application yet. I have tried two different browsers, and on neither is there a button to the right of the document that I want to delete. Contacting HR at the school where I am applying will not help, as they are not software experts. Can someone please help me to do this simple function of deleting a document on my application? Have you tried contacting the HR Department of the institution to review your application? They should be knowing the necessities and help you further with resolving this issue. They can also contact PowerSchool Support team if required.
