Invalid Token

Have an employee who has been trying to login and everytime it gets to the password and she tries making one it says "invalid token".

Would you please confirm the PowerSchool Product you are using? Like Applicant Tracking, Applicant Tracking Enterprise, Records, etc.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community for assistance!

 

The Invalid Token error means the login for the session you are trying to access is no longer valid. This happens in our systems due to invalid session cookies still being maintained by the browser.

 

Please try clearing your browser's cookies for All time.

 

If the issue persists an Admin can help reset your password by navigating to Configure > Staff > Search > Change password.
