I am trying to integrate the rosters of my students and their class schedules with Special Programs so that I can auto-populate the names of their teachers into the Persons Responsible for IEP implementation documents.
Right now this is a tedious process whereby I have to look up each student's schedule who has an IEP and then manually input the date, name of all their teachers, admins, counselors, etc. onto a document for each student on my caseload. THis process takes a LONG time and there should be a way to make this work within the system.
Help would be appreciated greatly!
