For us to assist you further would you please confirm, if you are trying to create a basic account for an instructor or an Enterprise Schoology Account as a Teacher or Student in Schoology?
However, If you are looking to create a basic account for an Instructor then, currently, we have discontinued to allow the creation of new basic accounts.
