Dear all,
Please see the attached picture here. I want to know how to use the Test Results feature in PowerSchool. Is there anyone has the handbook can share to me?
I want to know two points.
1. How can teachers view student Test results from PowerSchool teacher portal?
2. How can parents view student Test results from PowerSchool parents portal?
If anyone can share me a handbook, that will be very helpful to me.
Many many thanks to you all.

The Test Results are based on the setup options in Start Page > District Setup > Test
From these pages you can create the tests you want to track and the scores for those tests. Once that is set up you can import scores or manually enter score for students. For us, the Test Results page found under individual students is a little cumbersome b/c you have to click through each test to find the scores...So I found a custom page built by another school to display everything on one page for admin purposes.
I don't think the Test Results are on the Parent Portal but you could create a custom page to add them.

Doug, could you share where you found the steps for setting up the custom page build so all the test results display on one page?
Hi @kmarry
You can customize your PowerSchool SIS instance by using custom enhancements submitted by PowerSchool SIS users, available on Exchange.
We were able to locate a similar submission on Exchange linked here, custom page for displaying the test score results.
Still looking for an answer to the original question.
1. How can teachers view student Test results from PowerSchool teacher portal?
Right now, teachers have to contact a PS Admin user to get access to Standardized Test Results, visible to Admin under Test Results on the Admin Portal. It's kind of important for teaching and learning that Teachers have access to this too. We are currently import our scores but what's the point if only admin can view.
Would love to see a way to make this data visible to teachers.
The custom page mentioned by KritiS os from 2009. We are using 20.11. Is there a custom object report that can be added to PowerTeacher so teachers have access to all these test scores? Otherwise we will keep bothering and annoying our admins.
I decided to include various standardized test results as part of the student's Graduation Plan. This way it is visible to the teachers, students, and parents via the "Graduation Plan Progress" screen.
@kmarry Can you share with me how you set up the tests in the graduation plan to display in the portal?

I watch this PowerSchool Insider episode and it helped tremendously in doing the intial setup of our Graduation Planner. The video should show how to set up the test requirement portion too.
I added a "testing group" requirement. Here are screenshots.
