Our College acquired University status and as a parent that has access to Naviance, I can see our profile has never been updated. As an employee of the University, how can I update our logo and our information on Naviance if we are not an active member of Naviance or PowerSchool?

Any Higher Education institution can update basic information through the Counselor Community/ Intersect portal.
However, you would need to reach out to the Naviance Admin at the college/district so they can update it.
