How to delete account

Why can we not delete accounts here? This seems like a scam. I am ready to turn this in to the better business bureau or fcc or whoever will take complaints. I have asked several times to delete this account. I don't know what this app is for and have been asking to delete for almost a year. This forum is filled with others also asking to delete and no one ever gets an answer on how to do it.

I need to delete my account. I thought I was making a parent portal. How can i delete or deactive this account??
