I am the admin on the account for a district but am unable to use any of the support options. How do I get access to the support?

Can you please let us know which link or area that you are trying to access when you recieve that message? This way we can take a closer look at your level of access for that resource. Thank you!
Thank you for providing me with this information. It appears this form is available for Enrollment Express customers. If your school or district utilizies Enrollment Express, you should be able to access the documentation.
If your school or district does not utilize Enrollment Express, you will not be able to access the documentation.
