Hiding Dropped Classes from Transcripts

Hi!

This is my first time permanently storing grades.  It seems like there may be a way to hide dropped classes from a student's transcript, although I cannot figure it out for the life of me.  I have tried exclusions and inclusions, but maybe I am not doing it correctly.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!

@mcassar The first question I have is why are you storing grades for dropped classes?

Most Transcripts are set to only pull final course grades, and students who drop classes would not have final course grades.

Every stored grade has a setting to hide them from report cards/transcripts. You can set this manually by clicking into the grade on the Historical Grades screen or en masse via DDA.
