Help with ISBE Reports

I need help! I am new in my position and there is no one at my school who has done reports for Illinois State Board of Education. I've been able to piece a little bit together, but I'm do a LOT manually. I'm sure there has to be a better way.

Can anyone give me some advice on how to Exit Students, Enroll Students, and do state attendance reports more efficiently? I appreciate any advice!
