Health Section of PowerSchool

We have been using custom screens for at least the past 14 years for log entries, vaccines, etc.  WE have now enlisted the help of our tech dept to build and open our health section.  We need a powerschool staff person to reach out to our tech dept to write our section.  It sounds like you have documents that can be used to open sections (ie. ideas for the dropdown on the health page, setup for vaccine page, etc).  How can we link our tech person to these resources so we can move forward to having a built health section?

If you are referring to enhanced health I think most districts do the health setup themselves unless they have some kind of other support they get for PS. The PS insider videos have a lot of good information on using PS health including getting the setup done. You can see the insider index here (assuming you have access):

Could you share access to that video? It says I do not have access. Also, do you know if there is any way to require parts of the office visit charting? Such as time out, reason, outcome?? I can't seem to find anything about it.
Thanks!

You may need to be a technical contact to access that video which is something I unfortunately cannot assist with. You should have access to PS online help which also has information on PS health. You can get to the online help by clicking the question mark icon in the upper right corner of the PS page > Click System Help > Select Health Management from the left menu. items marked with an asterisk on the office visit slide out are required and this seems to include visit type, date and time in. You can use PS data validation to make certain fields required such as Office Visit - Visit Time Out.

My tech person is saying these are old and don't look this way anymore. I am trying to find a school district around me who have theirs built.
