HELP

I just would like to have a number to call for questions and support. 

My counselor is not seeing 7th and 8th grade for MAP testing and I need help on how to fix this problem.

Hi @Adreanplummer  if you have a PowerSchool Administrator in your building/district you should first reach out to them for help. I will take a shot in the dark--if your counselor is an Admin user and doesn't have access to the PowerSchool building where the 7 & 8th graders are, that building can be added by calling up the user account>Security Settings>Admin Access and Roles Tab>Add appropriate building.
