HELP - quarter 2 and new access for admin

Help. 

Our admin both left and we have no access to change who is our contact for schoology. 

How can we do this?? 

Basically the most immediate problem is our second quarter just started but our admin set it up for the whole year so there is no averaging of the quarters like I have seen successfully done in previous years. Help please!!! Can I do that as just a teacher?

This is a little old now but you need to submit a support case! This forum is for asking questions of other users. Go to Support -> Case Portal up above. If you aren't able to get through (because you aren't the technical contact), you will have to get your administrator to look up your sales/support contact on an invoice. Good luck!
