Growth Screening Notification Letter

I have input my heights and weights but I cannot generate the growth letters under the state reporting. We have 3 schools under PS and only one school is able to create these letters. Any advice welcome.

We recommend reaching out to the Technical Contact of your district who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool SIS Support Team on your behalf. The Support Team would be able to take a closer look at the letter, gather more information and rectify the reason for not generating the growth letters along with the troubleshooting steps.

Hey prickard,

It could have to do with your nurse's permissions.  I had one nurse able to do it, but not the other three.  Check the security group AND enterprise access permissions and compare your personnel.  This is how we were able to get them all access.
