Get Email Notifications in Business Plus

Is it possible for a site user to receive email notifications in Business Plus once their requisition has been routed through the approval workflow? How may I set this up?

Yes, they can easily be incorporated as an email notification activity at the end of their PR\PO Approval Workflow model. This document should help you get started.

I did not find the document helpful.  How about list the menu path needed to get to the screen where the document makes more sense?

Hi @pcarroll,

When you are logged into BusinessPLUS Dashboard in Chrome you can click the Question Mark Icon and then choose 'Help' from the drop-down list. Once you get there to navigate you will choose 'User Documentation' - 'Doc By Subsystem' and then from the table choose 'System & Nucleus'. That will open a new Help page where they can then navigate to 'PC Products' - 'Workflow Designer' - 'Setup' - Email Notify and that should do it.
