Recently became the Middle School AD and I am trying to provide my coaching staff with a grade report for all those on their teams. Student-Athletes are on different grade levels (5-8) so I might need to run the report for various different grade levels. I would like the search to just be specific to those student-athletes if that is possible. All I was able to do was to get a full grade level report in one document.
Thank you in advance for your help with this.
If you the ability to add plugins there is a plugin on the PowerSource Exchange that makes selecting more specific groups of kids easier called Multi Select.
https://support.powerschool.com/exchange/view.action?download.id=693
If you have a list of the kids you need to pull you can use this plugin to grab them with a simple copy/paste.
Once you have the kids then you can export the grades.
Another option is to create a Course/Section in Powerschool to for athletes and then assign your coaches to that section. Then they would have realtime access to student grades. You can add and remove student athletes as needed.
For our district we have an admin login just called Coaches. Then we restrict access to all but grades using page permissions and Roles settings.

How can i view a single student's current grades in Powerschool Admin, for just the 1st quarter, before the grades are stored? For some reason, I cannot find this. I know how to view quick lookup in Powerteacher, but this is not one of my students. And someone needs a grade report but I cannot store the grades and run report cards until Friday. So, I am just looking for the current view of the student's grades for this current quarter. Thanks. ( I am both the system admin, and a teacher)
@sshinabarger If you are the system admin you have access to every student on the Admin side of PowerSchool.
ON the admin side there is a Quick Lookup option when you go into an individual student. It is at the very top left of the menu.
If you can't see it, you may need your permissions adjusted so that the page is available to you when you log in.
