Error in reference section

Hi,

I need some help with the application form. I am applying for faculty positions and faced an error for two applications at two different universities. After filling in the reference details, I received an error "This field cannot be edited. If email edits are required, please create a new Reference Request." 

I enter the email addresses of the referees correctly but I keep receiving this error and cannot submit the application.

Could you please advise?

I experience the same error in the references section for both applications/links.

Hi @Shokoo

We recommend that you reach out to the HR department of your organization and report the issue with the application form as they should be able to configure the form and fix this error.
