Emailing Students and Parents

Hello! I am trying to email select students and parents from my classes using PowerSchool. I have seen that others can do this by clicking on the "Create" button then clicking on "Email". However, when I click on "create", the only options that I see are "assignment, category, or observation". Am I doing something wrong?

Your PowerSchool must be on version 20.4.3 or above (if I remember correctly) and the feature must be enabled by someone on the Admin side.
