Has anyone had issues not receiving the email notifications when a requisition is sent in the workflow or posted recently?
Our Institutional Equity and Compliance office informed us today that email notifications on November 9th and 10th went directly to their junk email folder.

Would you please confirm the PowerSchool product you are referring to here? Are you able to receive the notifications now?
This is for PeopleAdmin. It appears it only happened around Nov 9th & 10th, and as far as I know the notifications are going through now.

Checking your site, all the correct preferences regarding the email settings appear to be in place. If your IT department has placed any new policies, email filters, or other firewalls/protections, it could cause emails to be placed into the 'junk/spam' folder as you've indicated.
It may be possible to mark those 'not junk' in your inbox depending on the email client, but if you ever find that users are not receiving emails as you'd expect, please open a support case with any links to the email postings and users that are affected and we can take a closer look.
