I would like to mention an idea about Smart find being expanded to be able to have the capability for substitutes to be able to electronically sign in and out of schools and then their information and times they signed in and out would transmit automatically/electronically to our Payroll System for direct pay.
This process would eliminate timekeepers at schools from having to verify jobs manually and possibly miss work days for pay for substitute employees and docked time for full time staff they are covering for. Payroll could just pay on the times that is automatically submitted through electronic timecards that substitutes would use to log in and sign in and out of at the beginning of the day and the end of the day.
