I am the principal at a middle school and want to simplify the form that teachers submit for major referrals. I can see where I can uncheck certain Action Taken Items. My question is whether I would still have access to those actions on my end? For example, I do not want teachers to be able to determine suspensions or expulsions, but I want to be able to indicate it in the system if that is the result of the incident.
We will only enter Majors into PS, so I am wondering if we can eliminate the Minor option?
Finally, we are going to expect that teachers contact parents/guardians with any major incident, so I would like to make that information required for teachers to enter to indicate how the parent was contacted (email, text, phone, etc.).
