My District conducts imports from School ERP Pro to Perform, I have been receiving error summary report emails indicating that one or more errors were registered with that import. This is an example of one of the errors listed: "ERROR: DemographicImportHandler: The demographic code Psychologist--Vendor has already been process and will be skipped". I need your support to learn how to troubleshoot this error at my end.
You can verify if the source data in School ERP Pro contains any duplicate entries for the demographic code. And ensure all data is clean and consistent, removing duplicates before initiating the import.
