EPI Assessment timeout

I was taking the EPI Assessment and the Website froze and gave me page that didn't show the question just the next button. The test clock was moving but the question clock was frozen. I check my internet connection and computer and both were working. Finally I refreshed the page, but I had timed out. The question was in the biographical section and wasn't in sections where the questions took anytime to answer.  Because of you website glitch it appears to the employer that i couldn't finish the assessment therefore affecting my employment chances.  How can this be fixed?

Good Day! Have you tried to replicate this issue on a different browser/incognito window or have you tried to clear your browsing data (cache and cookies) and then replicate this issue again? If so then I recommend directly reaching out to your school district as they should be able to reset the EPI on your end to resolve this issue.
