Document Delivery Problem

I am trying to utilize the Document Delivery with PowerPack.  However, I'm getting a message that says:

Internal Server Error

 I'm not sure what to do. to send out my progress notes virtuually.

Hi @pellegrinom,

 

To troubleshoot this issue further, we will have to take a closer look at the configuration on your PowerSchool SIS server and the setting on your PowerPack. In order to protect your data privacy, I recommend working with the Technical Contacts in your school district who should be able to create a support case with the PowerSchool team on your behalf.

I had to uninstall and reinstall
