District access not working

Good morning,

I have been given district access for my school.  Currently, I am not able to see what I need to see, specifically, I can't pull up certain graduated students and the drop down bar at the top does not show.

Would you please elaborate on what information you are trying to pull for graduate students and what drop-down are you referring to? Please share a screenshot of the page and the drop-down you are trying to view removing any personal data so that we can assist you further.

Hi Carla,

If you need to switch to the Graduated Students building, that building will need to added to your Admin Access & Roles tab.

If you are looking for students in the Graduated Students building, they are all inactive, so you must preface search for them with a "/" (no quotes) or select "Include Inactive Student/Staff Results" on your Manage Profile page.
