I'm supposed to be a designated support/technical contact at my institution, but PowerSchool Community does not allow me to see any of the pages, such as the SIS case portal, that I'm supposed to be able to use. Our PowerSchool administrator has done everything she can find on her side. Can you please resolve this? I am asking in this public forum because every error page I've seen specifically directs me to do so.
