I made a mistake and assigned a direct report to the same process twice in PS Perform. Is there a way to delete one of the processes?
Hey, Sarah! I just did the same thing! Did you ever figure out how to fix it?
To Delete a repeated process in Perform, you will need to complete the following steps:
Select My Staff
Utilizing the Supervisor Access in the My Role section, click on Process Dashboard.
Then select the process assigned in the search bar and the correct school year
A list of staff should appear.
The staff name with two processes assigned to them should be listed twice on the list.
Click on the box next to the name of the individual for the doubled row you want to delete.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a dropdown next to the words Bulk Action
Select Delete Process(es).
Then select go.
It will delete the doubled row.
