You have a few options depending on what your district already has in place and also budget for adding additional resources.
You can build an object report that pulls from the logs/incidents to send home, there are many examples within the community and in the exchange that could help.
You can also contract with someone to build a report for you.
Some have created a custom page within PowerSchool that is actually a form letter they can print and send home. This requires some time and effort to build.
Another option would be to purchase an add on product that will create Incident/Log letters that you can send based on the information you have already entered into the log entry. One product that does that is MBA Chart It Dashboard. There are others, but that is the one that I currently use for this purpose.
