Is there a system outage of some sort? We have been receiving error messages and the ability to log in with reports from multiple users. Then when that seemed resolved, we cannot now transition postings, from Posted to Closed and to Post External. I tried to open a chat to no avail and when I try to open a case, it won't allow topics to search so I can't move to create a case. Ideas?

The situation resolved itself and I haven't had to create a support case since that time last month. If there are further issues, I'll be sure to attempt a new case at that time.
