Connecting to an external Marketplace via cXML / OCI punchout

I would like the Powerschool system to connect to an external Marketplace via cXML Punchout. for ex., suppliers: Office Depot, Amazon

Is there a way in the system to punch out to the suppliers?

Also, what are the modes of Purchase orders, Invoices?

is there any documentation related to the above question?
