I can not access Chat Support. Also I am the new technical support person from my district how do I update my rights.

Thank you for posting in the PowerSchool Community! It can take up to 24 hours after you created your Community account to access chat support and other support resources. In this case, if you have an immediate need, can you please let us know which PowerSchool SIS product you are using, and what issue you are experiencing. This way we can take a look into the issue for you.
