Changing districts

Hello,

My child changed school districts this year and when I tried to create a new log in for her new school/district, I received a message that stated this email already in use. How do I change the school/district using the email I used at the previous school/district?

Hi @colecat72,

 

Thank you for posting your question in the Community. If you have children that are no longer in a school district, I suggest reaching out to the previous school district to request your account is removed within that district.  This will allow you to use the email address within a new school district.
