Changing Gradebook From Semesters to Quarters

I am new to PS and our district has only been Junior High - High School prior to this year. When our elementary teachers go into their gradebooks, it only says Y1, not semester 1 and semester 2 with the drop down carrot in the top right. What do I need to do to make it so our teachers can select a different semester or quarter?

Hi @jessileestaggie , what teachers see in the drop-down you reference are the store codes set up at Setup>School>Final Grade/Reporting Term Setup. Store codes are specific to Terms and must be setup properly in each term you offer classes for.
