Hello Service Support Team,

For some reasons we have to modify the Powerschool URL. Would you be able to help us how to do it? There are some information:

    PowerSchool Application Installer - v.20.11.3.0.1479706

    PowerSchool Version: 20.11.3.0.1479706

    Reporting Version: CAN-BC 21.3.2.0.4.0 OS: Windows Server 2012 R2

Now URL is the powerschool.***.cn,We will use the powerschool.***.net, we have registered the ***.net.

Apologies for the delay in reaching back.

Since PowerSchool SIS is self-hosted for your school district, an admin would need to change the URL from your end. Admin should be able to navigate to Global Server Settings > Network Settings and update the address in the installer. Admin can check and make sure the address is correct under ReportWorks Preferences.
