Cannot submit a ticket

Cannot submit a ticket

I am unable to launch a chat or submit a case ticket because I do not have any products connected to my account. When I choose my account in the Launch Chat option, no products are available.   I am listed as a Technical Contact in PowerSource.  Please advise.
