Can't access Schoology with our new domain/email

Can't access Schoology with our new domain/email

Our school website and hence email domain has changed and we can no longer access our Schoology site. We are a Google school and authenticated through to Schoology with our gmail, but as you can imagine, now that the email has chanced we are not associated with our existing account. Please advise how to fix this. I can't get a hold of support. Thank you for any feedback!
