Can't Create Absence Using New Look

Hello,

 

I am unable to create an absence in Smartfind since the new look has launched. I am looking to use the reason 01 but the system does not prompt me through like the tutorial video demonstrates it should. I'm guessing this is a glitch with the new system but I'm in a time crunch as the absence is for this Monday, June 27th. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues submitting an upcoming absence.

 

I recommend reaching out to your district SmartFind Express administrators. They can troubleshoot on their end and if no resolution they can reach out to the PowerSchool Support team.
