At our school we do block scheduling. On Red days we have bells 1,3,5 and 7. On White days we have bells 2, 4, Flex bell, and 6th bell. Our Off Campus college students will come into the building 2nd bell. However, the very first 5 minutes of the day is homeroom for attendance, pledge and announcement purposes. On white days they will not arrive until 3rd bell. How can I enter multiple students (75ish) as CCP on red days so they arent getting marked absent by their homeroom teacher?
