Auto-Calculate Assignment Standards Scores Server Error

Whenever the teacher attempts to enable the 'Auto-Calculate Assignment Standards Scores' feature on a worksheet, they encounter the following error:

"A server error occurred. Please contact your system administrator."

The issue persists despite using an up-to-date version of Google Chrome and clearing the browsing data. Please advise.

We have the same problem. It only recently became a problem for us. I believe it started since the most recent update to PowerSchool. I have submitted a case and unfortunately the only help I have received is the automated "We are working on it and will let you know if we need any help". I assume someone is working on it but it is VERY frustrating to have a major problem and no help over the past few weeks. I was also told that this case is NOT as important as I think it is and was downgraded because someone at PowerSchool decided that this is NOT important to our school. However, it has caused many problems and frustrations with students, teachers, and parents.

My system is now working correctly after an upgrade to 25.3.0.0. Hopefully you will receive the same results after an upgrade.

Tech support will be upgrading us to 25.3 tonight or tomorrow night. They said it should fix this issue. Thanks for the upgrade suggestion!

Is there a work-around for this? I'm encoutering this same error with a few of our teachers. It's the end of our 3rd quarter and we're trying to store grades, but we can't get the grades to calculate a final grade. Thank you.

Has anyone tried setting "New Assignments Start Checked" in the Display settings? This will make all assignments have that box already checked when they are created.
