Assessment Category Menu Absent in the Properties Tab in Performance Matters

While entering an assessment in Performance Matters, I attempted to click on the Assessment Category in the Properties tab but there is no menu.  When the pull down is clicked, the only thing that appears is a message that states "no results found."  Are the techs aware of this?  Do I need to submit a ticket?
