Good evening this is Victoria Cummings I'm having trouble submitting a application for bus Aide

for Mesa public schools I'm uncertain as to why but, whenever I attempt to submit and move to the next process it says I've entered a invalid format for

my social security and phone number when I've tried both formats shown below it still does not work please look

into this when you have a chance any helpful advice, recommendations or suggestions will be greatly appreciated
