All my information on naviance is gone

Hi, All. 

I just signed in Naviance and all transcripts and recommendations are no longer in there.  Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?  I am concerned as this includes students who graduated in June and this is where we store our recommendations for graduated students.

If you have uploaded them before July 15th but did not submit them, then those documents will not be available in Naviance. If you did submit them, then you will need to navigate to eDocs->Previous Years in the student folder to access them.
