Adding student to portal

I don’t know how to get my child added to my already their portal, I clicked on my son’s picture and it says that the other student should be there but I’m kind of confused. Don’t I need to add her somehow?

If you are seeing a child other than yours in your PowerSchool Mobile, please reach out to your child's school to let them know.
