Access to view case on the Portal

Access to view case on the Portal

I am not able to view cases on the portal or submit a support case.  I get this error when I click on the view case

Resources are accessible based on the role assigned by your school or district. The article below will provide the most common reasons you may receive a message that you do not have access to a resource.
