I am not able to view cases on the portal or submit a support case. I get this error when I click on the view case

We have a custom field on the HR profile table called "Functional Supervisor", We need to provide access to the HR case from the Portal View to the Subject Person's Functional Supervisor, How can this be achieved for all the LE HR cases?
