My school district's PowerSchool Administrator is on medical leave. I'm filling in for her while she's out. I have admin rights in PowerSchool. However, I don't know how to submit helpdesk tickets and we have some issues for which I need to submit a ticket. Can you tell me how I could go about getting access to do that?
