Access to PS Recordings - Access in PS Community

Hello - can you please open a case to assist me in updating my account?  It looks to me like there are two accounts set up for me with two different work email addresses (the organization change the email acronym and it looks like a duplicate account has been created with the new email address).  I am trying to view a recording I was sent via email but get the Oops message.
