How do I find out what my access is as far as being able to submit a support ticket?
I can't find anywhere to submit one. I have errors in my SIS that I need help with. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Certain resources in the Community like access to create support cases is limited to the Technical Contacts of the school district. I recommend reviewing this article for more information. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and PowerSchool will work with your school or district to look further into your access to create support cases.
